The Chronology worksheet in Opus 2 allows users to export chronology data to an Excel spreadsheet for offline review, sharing, or reporting. Users can export the full chronology or refine the output by selecting only specific columns or records before exporting.


Filtering and column selection ensure that only the most relevant information is included in the exported spreadsheet.

Exporting your chronology to Excel

  1. Navigate to Chronology.
  2. Select ExportSpreadsheet.
  3. (Optional) Refine the data before exporting:
    • Use the field selector icon to show or hide specific columns.
    • Use + Add filter to limit which records are displayed.
  4. In the export dialog, set Content to Currently visible columns if you only want to export the filtered or selected data.
  5. Complete the export to download the spreadsheet.
