Portal pages contain information that have been configured by the following components:

Text block | Allows users to input text information, such as introductory text or general information. | |
Image | Allows users to insert images, such as background image. Users can choose to include an image caption as well. Maximum characters for an image caption are 100. | |
Link | Allows users to attach external links to the portal page. Users can choose to link to other web pages in portal or link to 'external URL' by providing the URL link. | |
Input form | Allows portal users to create new worksheet records directly from a Portal page. Input forms must be set up with a destination worksheet that already exists within the project. By default users adding a record will be able to set all fields in the worksheet. This can be changed by creating a form in the worksheet editor and only including the fields that should be filled in by the portal user (click here for further information about this process). | |
Calendar | Allows users to display key events of the case in a calendar view. Information is drawn from selected worksheet. | |
Timeline | Allows users to display key events of the case in a timeline view. Information is drawn from selected worksheet. | |
Worksheet | Allows users to share worksheet information to portal users. | |
Chart | Allows users to display charts that have been created based on the data in a project. Only charts already existing within a project can be displayed. Charts are visual representations of worksheet data for further information about charts (click here for more information about charting and analysis). | |
Cards | Allows worksheet records to be displayed in the form of cards. Cards are configured display of data that can be created and managed in the worksheet editor (click here for more information about cards). Cards can only be displayed from worksheets that already exist in a project. If no worksheet card has been selected for portal display, a default card will be displayed. | |
Single card | Allows a record of information to be displayed in card form in a portal. Single card display functions in the same manner as cards display, but adds the option to select one specific worksheet record from the chosen worksheet to be displayed. | |
Documents | Allows a folder of documents to be displayed as a list. Each individual document in the list can be selected and read by users with access to view the Portal. | |
Single document | Allows users to share single document with portal users. | |
Document page | Allows users to share documents in multiple folders with portal users. Users can choose the metadata fields that wish to be displayed. | |
Upload | Allows portal users to upload documents that wish to share with the legal team. A folder location can be set by users to store shared documents in the platform. | |
News | Allows users to share news with portal users to keep them updated. | |
Folder | Allows users to share one or more folders of documents in the platform that locate in the Folder section with the portal users. Users can choose the metadata fields that wish to be displayed. | |
Collection | Allows users to share one collection of documents in the platform that locates in the collection section with the portal users. Users can choose the metadata fields that wish to be displayed. |
