New release

There are no new features in this release.

Improvements

  • Partial collection export now includes annotations and related content despite overflow: When exporting a selected subset of collection items, annotations for the chosen documents are now included in the export even when annotation content overflows onto additional pages. Related content is also included. Previously, annotation overflow caused annotations to be silently dropped from partial exports, requiring users to either accept an incomplete export or re-export the entire collection.
  • Project navigation keeps standard apps visible and routes worksheets to the Worksheets dropdown: Dashboard, Documents, Portal, Workbench, and Search now remain visible on the primary navigation row rather than being moved to the More overflow. When worksheets do not fit on the row, they are placed in the existing Worksheets dropdown. Previously, some worksheets could appear simultaneously in More and nested under More → Worksheets.

Customer-reported fixes

  • CS3-411 AI Summary now includes transcript page numbers in downloaded and copied output: Transcript page numbers in AI Summaries are now included when a summary is downloaded or copied. Previously, page numbers were excluded from exported and copied output despite being visible on screen. This issue was reported across multiple tenants.

Bug fixes

  • Transcript tab is now hidden on projects where large document set pagination is enabled: The transcript tab no longer appears on projects where the "Configure behaviour for large document sets" feature is active. The transcript tab requires client-side filtering that is incompatible with the server-side pagination that feature introduces; hiding the tab prevents a broken experience on affected projects.

Upcoming release

The following features are in progress and expected in a future release.

  • Search improvements (North American clients): Search is being enhanced to deliver faster, more accurate results. Planned improvements include clearer, more consistent highlighting of matching content to make it easier to identify relevant information within results. Enhanced monitoring capabilities are also expected to help detect and resolve search-related issues more quickly.
This enhancement is currently available to a limited group of North American clients and will be rolled out more broadly in a future release.
