When using Multiple Document Analysis, the order in which information is added to worksheets can affect your efficiency and speed of working. The recommended order is: Organisations (US), Characters, then Events. This enables information to be linked together using the relevant worksheet after using AI Workbench.

Step 1: Create a canvas and add documents to it

Step 2: Add Organisations

  1. Select the Workbench tab.
  2. Select Organizations section.
  3. Select your chosen organisations to be added to the worksheet.
  4. At the top right, select Add to worksheet or select the Actions dropdown > Add to worksheet. 


Step 3: Add relevant People

  1. Select the People section.
  2. Select your chosen people to be added to the worksheet.
  3. At the top right, select Add to worksheet or select the Actions dropdown > Add to worksheet. 

You can now link those characters to the associated organisations using the Characters worksheet.

Step 4: Add Events

  1. Select Events section.
  2. Select your chosen people to be added to the worksheet.
  3. At the top right, select Add to worksheet or select the Actions dropdown > Add to worksheet. 

You can now link those events to the associated characters and organisations using the Chronology worksheet.
