Improvements
- Search performance and highlighting (North American early access): Search now returns results faster and highlights matching content more accurately for select North American users. Previously, retrieval speed and hit highlighting could be inconsistent, making it more difficult to locate relevant information quickly. This improvement helps users find information more efficiently and makes matching content easier to identify within search results.
This enhancement is currently available only to select North American clients and will be rolled out more broadly in a future release.
Customer reported fixes
- CS3-37 — Stamp positioning for exported documents with rotated pages: Stamps could be applied incorrectly or appear in the wrong position when exporting documents containing rotated pages. The most common page-rotation scenarios are now handled correctly.
Support for the remaining rotation and stamp-type combinations is being tracked separately and will be delivered in a future update.
Bug fixes
There are no additional engineering fixes in this release.
Upcoming release
The following features are in progress and expected in a future release.
- Search improvements (North American clients): Search is being enhanced to deliver faster, more accurate results. Planned improvements include clearer, more consistent highlighting of matching content, making it easier to identify relevant information within search results. Enhanced monitoring capabilities are also expected, to help detect and resolve search-related issues more quickly. This enhancement is currently available to a limited group of North American clients and will be rolled out more broadly in a future release.
- Selective export of collection items: Users will be able to export specific items from a collection without exporting the entire collection, providing greater flexibility when preparing document sets for review or sharing. Initial support is planned for ZIP-based exports, with additional export options to follow.
