Users can share a folder of documents to be displayed as a list with portal users.
Users have the following options to configure the component:
| Options | Explanation |
| Heading | The header text of the 'documents' component. It can be a maximum of 100 characters. |
| Heading background color | The color of heading background can be chosen from a color wheel, hexadecimal or RGB code. |
| Heading text size | The header text can be sized between 12px and 72px. |
| Heading text color | The color of heading text can be chosen from a color wheel, hexadecimal or RGB code. |
| Folder to display | The folder of documents that wish to share with portal users. A folder must be created in the platform in order to be presented as an option in the field. |
| Visible columns | All metadata are available for selection. Users can choose metadata that wish to share with the portal users. |
| Sort field | The sort field can be chosen from date created or date updated. |
| Sort direction | The sort direction can be chosen from none, ascending or descending. |
| Filter | Users can select a field to add a filter condition. |
| Height | The display area of the portal page can be chosen from fit to content; at least half a page or at least a full page. |
