If there are no folders displayed use the icon at the top of the Right-hand panel and tick the Folders option.
Your folders can be minimised and extended by using the chevron icon beside Folders. If a folder has a chevron there are sub-folders available, selecting the chevron will open the tree up.
The icon will indicate whether access has been set against that folder. You will have access and can see who else has.
There are two views that you can use:
Selecting a folder will display only the documents held in that folder. The number next to the folder name indicates the total number of documents in that folder and any of the sub-folders attached to it.
In the left-hand panel select the icon.
Select your folder.
A well ordered folder structure will make it easier to identify groups of documents.
The documents displayed in the Document panel will be only those in that folder.
The number of items displayed against the folder and the number of documents may not always match. The number includes the total number of documents in that folder and any sub-folders.
The individual document/s can now be highlighted or selected as required.
In this view there is an additional tick box displayed next to each folder. The documents from each of the selected folder are displayed. Ticking a folder will also tick the associated sub-folders and display all of the documents contained in the selection. The number will inform of the total number of documents in that folder and any associated sub-folders.
In the left-hand panel select the icon.
Deselect the tick box beside Home, and all folders are unticked.
Selecting a folder with sub-folders will automatically tick them all.
You can untick sub-folders to limit the documents.
The Documents panel will display all of the selected documents that are in the ticked folders.
The number of items displayed against the folder and the number of documents may not always match. The number includes the total number of documents in that folder and any sub-folders.
The individual document/s can now be highlighted or selected as required.
