Customer-reported fixes
This release resolves one customer-reported issue.
- UNC2-893 Uncover: You can now analyse larger document batches with a higher response limit.
Bug fixes
This release includes fixes to downloads in Cases and to memory use when viewing documents.
- Cases: You now get one combined result message when you download multiple transcript versions, without misleading failure messages or extra tabs for native downloads. The message shows how many downloads were requested or failed, instead of a separate message for each file, and files download without opening unnecessary browser tabs, showing incorrect error messages, or saving empty files.
- Institutions: Memory use is improved, giving a smoother, more responsive experience when you view and navigate between documents, especially larger files.
Upcoming release
An upcoming release is planned to update timeline visualisation, making timelines more flexible to build, filter, and export. Planned highlights include:
- PowerPoint exports: Exported timelines are expected to include movable cards and connectors. When you move grouped timeline cards, their connecting lines are expected to adjust with them.
- Export progress: Timeline exports are expected to show progress while they are generated.
- Custom intervals: You will be able to group timeline events using custom intervals.
- ZIP download: You will be able to download the timeline with linked documents as a ZIP file. Transcripts and media are excluded.
- Filters: Timeline filters are expected to work with the user interface improvements enabled.
