Explains how to edit the metadata (properties) of a transcript from the Documents page.
Each transcript in Opus 2 has associated metadata properties that describe and classify it, such as title, date, or other project-specific fields. Users with the appropriate permissions can update this metadata at any time to reflect changes or correct information. Transcript metadata is edited directly from the Documents page using the Details panel.
Editing transcript properties
- Navigate to Documents within your project.
- Locate and select the transcript you want to update.
- In the right-hand panel, select the Details tab.
- Select anywhere inside the Details panel to make all editable metadata fields active.
- Make the required changes to the transcript metadata.
- Select Save to apply the updates.
