Opus 2 pricing is managed based on usage, and the Usage Reports feature enables system admin users to review key usage metrics in a clear, tabular format. These metrics support monitoring of project activity, user engagement, and data volume over time.
Usage information is accessed from the System Admin area and can be filtered, sorted, searched, and exported to support internal reporting or billing review.
Accessing Usage Reports
- Click the system cog icon to open the System Admin page.
- Navigate to the Usage tab near the top of the page.
The Usage Reports table will be displayed.
Table Overview
The table displays usage data for each project, including the following columns:

| Project Name | Lists each project by name. |
| Users | Number of users associated with the project. |
| Visits | Total number of visits recorded for the project. |
| Number of Files | Total count of files stored in the project. |
| File Sizes | Combined file size of all documents in the project. |
Example:
Review file size totals to assess storage growth across active projects.
Sorting Projects
Projects are listed alphabetically in the leftmost column.
- Click the down arrow next to Project Name to sort in descending alphabetical order.
- Click the up arrow to sort in ascending alphabetical order.
Date Range Selection
By default, usage data is displayed for the current month. To view other time periods:
- Click the date range dropdown above the table.
- Select one of the following options:
- Current month
- Last month
- Specific date range – choose exact start and end dates from the calendar
Example:
Select Last month to compare usage trends month‑to‑month.
Exporting Usage Data
- Click the Export button at the top‑right of the table.
- The data will be downloaded as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
This is useful for reporting, forecasting, or internal review.
Search Functionality
- Use the Find search bar in the top‑right corner of the table.
- Enter a project name or keyword to filter the visible results.

Search for a specific project to quickly review its user count and storage usage.
