Bug Fix - Update to pasting designations, now correctly populates all supported field types
Pasting a designation now correctly populates all supported field types.
Previously, some field types were ignored during the paste process or populated with incorrect values. This could require users to manually update designation information after pasting.
The paste operation now correctly populates a wide range of field types, including:
- Projects
- Collections
- Document text
- Transcript text
- Hyperlinks
- Custom IDs
- Labels
- Users
- Dates
- Images
- Folders
- Multi-choice fields
This improvement helps ensure that designation data is transferred accurately and consistently when copied between records.
Bug Fix - Suspended users are excluded from "never logged in" notifications
Suspended users are now correctly excluded from notifications intended for users who have never logged in.
Previously, when the setting to include users who had never logged in was enabled, notifications were sent to both:
- Users who had never logged in
- Suspended users
This could result in suspended accounts receiving notifications that were not intended for them.
The notification logic has been updated to exclude suspended users, ensuring notifications are sent only to eligible users who have not yet accessed the Platform.
