Opus 2 allows users to filter the work product associated with a transcript to focus on specific items such as Chronology events, Notes, or Designations. Filtering is performed from within the Transcript Viewer and supports a wide range of conditions, including filtering by Tags.
This functionality is particularly useful when reviewing transcripts with a large volume of annotations or designations and you need to isolate relevant material efficiently.
Filtering work product on a transcript
- Navigate to Documents within your project.
- Locate and select the required transcript. A preview opens in the right‑hand panel.
- Click the transcript in the preview panel to open the Transcript Viewer in a new tab.
- In the right‑hand column, select Filter.
- Choose Add filter to access advanced filtering options.

- Hover over Organizations, Chronology, Designations, Notes, Tasks, Characters, or Issues and apply the required filters.

- To filter by Tags:
- Choose Or at least one of.
- Select the relevant Tags from the pop‑up window.
- Click anywhere on the page to close the filter pop‑up.
The filtered Designations, Notes, or Chronology entries that meet the selected criteria will now appear in the right‑hand panel.
