Explains how to apply and remove stamps from documents in Opus 2.
The Stamps feature allows for the application of bespoke stamps to documents. Stamps are configurable collections of document metadata that can be positioned and styled to comply with US and UK legal workflows. One stamp at a time can be added or removed.
Applying a stamp
- In the Documents page, select a document.
- Select Actions > Manage applied stamps, or right-click on the document and select Update documents > Manage applied stamps.

- The Applied stamps dialog opens. The document may or may not have stamps already applied.

- Scroll to the page of the document where you want to apply the stamp.
- Select Add stamp.
- Select a stamp from the dropdown list, then select Add. The preview shows the position of the stamp on the document.

Note: If the preview shows an overlap, either select Remove to remove the stamp, or return to the Layout tab in the Create stamp dialog to adjust the stamp position and save it.
- Select Close.
Removing a stamp
- In the Documents page, select a document.
- Select Actions > Manage applied stamps, or right-click on the document and select Update documents > Manage applied stamps.
- The Applied stamps dialog opens.

- Select Remove for the stamp to be removed.
The stamp is removed from the document.
