New release
This release introduces improvements to Focused View and Cases, helping you work faster and keep your case setup consistent.
- Focused View: You can now improve prompts directly from AI Assist, so you can refine your wording without leaving your current view.
- Cases: Portal administrators can save default Worksheet column widths, giving every user a consistent layout from the start.
- Cases: You can now open tag management directly from the Tags panel, without navigating elsewhere.
- Cases: When you select a linked entity from a notification, you are taken to the correct location of the note or other entity, and the full row is now highlighted so it is easy to identify.
- Cases: System administrators can set the Email sent date timezone in the system settings. When an email is uploaded, the sent date shown on its PDF is converted to the configured timezone. Learn more about the Email sent date timezone setting.
Improvements
This release also includes a series of interface changes that reduce clutter and make common actions easier to find.
- Cases: "Tag documents" now appears at the top of the right-click menu.
- Cases: Stamps now include the option to add rounded corners. You can choose Rounded or Square under Borders on the Layout tab when editing a stamp. Learn more about stamps.

Upcoming release
Timeline Visualization
An upcoming release will introduce updates to Timeline Visualization, making timelines more flexible to build, filter, and export. Highlights include:
- PowerPoint exports: Exported timelines include movable cards and connectors. You can move grouped timeline cards, and their connecting lines adjust with them.
- Export progress: Timeline exports show progress while they are generated.
- Custom intervals: You can group timeline events using custom intervals.
- ZIP download: You can download the timeline with linked documents as a ZIP file. Transcripts and media are excluded.
- Filters: You can use timeline filters with the UI improvements enabled.
