Users can share worksheet information with portal users.



Users have the following configuration options:

OptionsExplanation
HeadingThe heading text of the 'worksheet' component. It can be a maximum of 100 characters.
WorksheetThe source worksheet is a compulsory item to decide where the information is drawn from. 
FilterInformation can display under certain level of filtering. Filter options include date, party responsible, procedural step, status, date added, added by, date updated and updated by.
FormThe form view to be used when displaying records. A form must be created before it could present as an option. (click here for more information about form)
Columns to showAll metadata are available for selection. Users can choose metadata that wish to share with the portal users.
Editable fieldsUsers can choose the fields that allows portal users to edit.
Primary sort field: FieldUsers can choose a field as a primary sort field.
Primary sort field: OrderUsers can set the order as 'A to Z' or as 'Z to A'. 
HeightThe display area of the portal page can be chosen from fit to content; at least half a page or at least a full page.

Portal users can click on the entry to view the detail of the entry. 

Portal users can click on 'edit' to edit the editable fields that are set from the configurations.
