Users can add images to the portal, such as law firms logo or similar branding imagery. Images must be uploaded and named in the main portal builder before they can be used in the construction of a page.

Users have the following options to configure the component:

ImageUsers can select the image that is uploaded in the main portal builder.
Image captionUsers can enter text here to create a heading for the image. It can be a maximum of 100 characters.

Clicking on the image 'Select' button will open the 'select image' dialog box:

Users can browse the images that have already been uploaded to the portal builder or add new images from their PC. There is a 'Find' option to search for images in the portal builder that have been named. The 'T' icon in the right corner will provide a list of the named images to view the images only by their name. The icon to the right of this will display the images as a gallery of the images with any image names included below the associated image. Unlike the text view, the gallery view will display images that are unnamed as well as those that have been named.

It is possible to upload a new image to the portal builder through the 'Create new' button. From here, users will be prompted to drag and drop an image into the dialog box or browse their local files to select the intended image. When uploading a new image, the user will also be prompted to enter a name for the image.

From the 'Image tab', users will only be able to select an image if one has not already been selected in the 'Properties' tab. To do so, users should click the 'Select Image' button which will open the same dialog box as clicking 'Select' from the 'Properties' tab. There is an option to 'Create Image' included here but this will not upload an image to the portal builder correctly.

Create imageUsers can create an image by giving it a name, then drag and drop and image or browse for an image. However, this will not upload an image to the portal builder correctly.
