Improvements

This release makes extraction, navigation, and export more complete and easier to use.

  • Focused View XLS extraction: Files containing multiple sheets are now extracted in full, so data from every sheet is captured rather than only the first.
  • Focused View Practice Area: Practice areas now sit in a dedicated dropdown, keeping the prompt area cleaner while still giving you quick access to pre-configured prompts.
  • Portal Builder Folder Configuration: Portal administrators can now configure and save default column widths for Folder components in the portal page editor. This makes it easier to optimise the display of document names and metadata, and the configured layout is applied automatically for all users viewing the page. You can still resize columns as needed, and administrators can provide a more consistent default layout, reducing the need for repeated manual adjustments when navigating document-heavy portals.
  • Stamped collection items and proxy documents: You can now selectively export or print stamped collection items and proxy documents.
  • Collection PDFs: PDFs with a table of contents no longer use "TOC Document" as the PDF title.

Customer reported fixes

  • CS3-517, document preview: Document previews were failing to load for affected workspaces. Previews now render as expected.
  • CS3-437, archive operation: Archive operations were returning a 500 error, which prevented you from completing the action. Archiving now completes successfully.
  • CS3-398, transcript media player: An uncaught error occurred when the media player automatically advanced to the next media segment, interrupting playback. Autoplay now completes without interruption.
