Refers to the user that made the most recent change to any associated metadata field. Updating also refers to adding or removing access control and moving the document from one folder to another.

Tagged

The file extension of the original, native file.
SizeFile size

The size in Kb, Mb or Gb of the file associated with the document.

PagesShort textThe page range of the document. For documents this will always begin with page 1, for transcripts the range will begin with the number provided on import as the first page of the transcript.
AccessShort textIndicates whether access control has been applied to the document. Hovering over the access control symbol displays the users and groups that have access.
MD5 hashLong textThe unique MD5 hash value of the file. If more than one file is associated with one document, the MD5 hash value displayed will be that of the most recent version.
Duplicates
System field which indicates platform identified duplicate documets using the md5 hash.
LinksShort textIndicates any worksheets with records that contain links to the relevant document.
MediaShort textOnly applicable to files uploaded as transcripts. Indicates whether the transcript has synchronized media associated with it.

There are four preconfigured dashboards within the template:

  1. Project dashboard - Standard for all projects. Information contained:

  2. Cases Snapshot - Information contained:
    1. Project information (metadata)
    2. Total number of cases
    3. Number of new cases opened in the last month
    4. Number of cases closed or resolved in the last month
    5. Horizontal bar chart displaying the number of cases by status (Litigation, Counsel, General)
    6. Stacked bar chart displaying the number of cases by status grouped by the jurisdiction state or territory
    7. Card list of upcoming proceedings
    8. Card list of open cases sorted by exposure descending
    9. Card list of the legal team members created in the Contacts for portal worksheet
    10. List of documents in the "Documents uploaded by the client" folder
  3. Tasks dashboard - Information contained:
    1. Total number of tasks
    2. Horizontal bar chart displaying the total number of tasks grouped by task status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Blocked)
    3. Card list of all pending tasks
    4. Card list of all tasks assigned to the current user
    5. Card list of all overdue tasks (tasks not marked Complete and past the assigned due date)
