Select Portal from the home page.
Select the Issues tile.

A worksheet displays the list of issues that can be searched, and filtered.

Tip: The Case team decides which issues can be viewed by the client in the Portal.

A limited number of columns are shown including Type, Issue, Description, Disputed, Substantiated, and any sources associated with the issue.
