You project has the ability to manage transcripts with media files that have been synchronized. The following process will link the existing transcript with a media file or files. To synchronize the files the transcript must be in the MDB format, with the media files in MPG or MP4 (preferred) format.
In the Documents section of the platform, select the transcript row.
In the Details panel, click on the transcript preview to open the transcript in the viewer.
Select the
icon at the top right of the transcript viewer.
Choose Manage media and the Manage transcript media dialog opens.
Browse for Files or Drag and Drop the media file(s) into the dialog.
Click Save to complete the process.
