How to Upload and Synchronize a Media File to a Transcript

This article outlines how to link and synchronize media files with an existing transcript within your project. Synchronization enables aligned playback between the transcript and associated audio/video files for review and analysis.

To complete this process, ensure your transcript is in MDB format and your media files are in MP4 (recommended) or MPG format.

Uploading Media To A Transcript

In the Documents section of the platform, find the transcript you are uploading media for. Click on this transcript.
In the Details panel, click on the preview to open the transcript viewer.
Select the menu icon at the top right of the transcript viewer.
Choose Manage media and the Manage transcript media dialog opens.
Browse for Files or Drag and Drop the media file(s) into the dialog.
Click Save to complete the process.
