A question commonly asked by clients is if they add new users to their workspace can they see notes made available to "My Team" before they were a user?


In short - Yes.


If Clients would like to hide their notes, as best practice we recommend making a new Note Group - for example "Legal Team" - and then instructing the client to bulk change the visibility of their shared notes on the Notes Page. This should be in explained in the User Guide - but we are happy to assist with explaining this process if need be. From there we would also suggest they change their default note sharing preferences.
