We sometimes find that users ask if they can hide others notes by default, as they find them distracting when browsing through documents. 


There are two options:


Filter Notes:



This can be done on a document by document basis to hide all notes that aren't the current user. However this is not permanent and will require the user to repeat on each document they open - every time they open it. 


Note Position:


Whilst this does not remove the notes from visibility, this does move them off of the page to the margin so they are less in the clients field of vision. To enable this, the client needs to go to their account settings and change the setting to match the below:
