When changes are made on the web, sometimes you need to sync those changes to the server in the hearing room. 


One of the options on the Local Server Sync is batch size. 


In short - Batch Size is the number of documents the platform will zip and download to the hearing room. 


For example, if this is set to 20 - it'll grab 20 new documents, zip them and download them to the local server. If the documents are large in size, the zip will be larger and could take longer to download or miss documents entirely. 


If documents are not syncing to the hearing room, you can reduce this to batch size 5 - if you want to set lower please contact the Product Support Team.
