From time to time, we have users whose peers leave the company or clients no longer require access. 


When this happens, they typically request the account is suspended or deleted - but also ask what happens to the work product?


Put simply, it stays where it is, and will be visible to clients as it was before the account was suspended/deleted. 


However, we suggest as best practice, that before we delete or suspend an account permanently, that the main Point of Contact for the users logs in and reviews the users work product and shares it across the workspace or deletes what is no longer required. 


This is due to the fact when the account is deleted they will not be able to change the visibility of the notes without elevated access - which is something we do not offer to clients in most SaaS situations.
