Clearing User Chat

Sometimes Users would like chat history deleted and this is something we can do for you.

Please provide us the following information in a ticket:

Name of Both/All Users in Chat
Workspace ID of Users

Deleting the chat is permanent for all users in it - please ensure the client is aware of this fact. We cannot restore it after the fact.

We would suggest as best practice you get the client to export chat history before confirming we delete it.
