Controlling access to documents in Focused View (revised version) (GA)️
Access to Focused View and to documents shown within Focused View can be controlled at various levels.
Opus 2's Operations staff can control the use of Focused View at a tenant level or workspace level.
Permissions work as follows:
- If no users are allowed to view a document, the document does not enter the AI workflow and is not displayed anywhere.
- If a user is not allowed to view a document, it is unavailable for selection in Focused View but is still listed. Citations are also greyed out and unavailable.
- AI responses may still include insights derived from restricted documents.

Focused View: New filters added to the Documents Library (GA)️
In the Documents Library, there are two new methods for filtering - by collection or by date. Select a collection or section from the Collections drop-down list to restrict your document choice to those in that collection (bundle) or section.
Using the Date range filter you can select documents created between a range of dates, before a certain date, or after a certain date.

Relativity: Validation and improvements added dialogs
Previously, you may have missed out one or more of the configuration steps needed to set up a working integration using Relativity. Now, when editing an integration, the Run button is unavailable until all mandatory information has been selected. Also if you hover over the Run button you are reminded of what needs to be selected in the correct order before the integration can be run:

The Metadata and Files tabs remain unavailable until a Relativity workspace and saved search are selected.
When mapping fields together on the Metadata tab, there are now field types shown in both field lists to enable you to more easily match field types together.
