The Document Analysis component of the Opus 2 AI assist feature allows you to add information to other worksheets using the built in AI Autofill function when accessed through the Document Viewer.
Once an analysis of the Events, People, Organizations, or Legal Topics has been completed, each item will show up in a card view within the AI Assist column with a summary of related information.
- Click the 3-dot icon in the top right of the desired card. The system will display a list of options for linking the identified information to other worksheets within the project.
- Choosing add Character, Event, Note, will open a new dialog box where the AI Autofill will input applicable information into the fields for the new item.
- The form will remain editable for any additional information that may need added manually.
- A checkmark will appear next to the AI icon in the top-right corner of the window to signify that information added using the AI Autofill feature is complete.
- Click Save.
- A small card will appear in the right-hand panel of the viewer and the corresponding text will remain highlighted.
- A new entry will also be added to the associated worksheet.
