Using the AI Workbench feature

The AI Workbench tool allows a user to run AI Analysis across all the documents within a Canvas. The information from these documents will appear in Spaces within the AI Workbench Tool.

The AI Workbench provides a single environment to view all information discovered across every document in a Canvas in one single interface. Spaces provide users with one location to find and filter through all these documents, view the summaries, key sentences, people, companies, locations etc. and view the documents within the Platform that the AI layer has found as part of its analysis.

To use the AI Workbench, follow the steps below:

Click the Workbench icon in the top toolbar.
Choose the Canvas you would like to analyze using the dropdown near the top-left corner.
Select the type of analysis to be run using one of the available options; Query, Events, People, Organizations, or Legal Topics.
View the available information in the Spaces below. Most information will appear in the Uncategorized Space, but can be moved to any other for sorting.
