As of Opus 2 version 7.4, users are now able to quickly repeat advanced actions taken in the right-click "More..." menu with fewer clicks using the new “Recently Used” option. The “Recently Used” option appears when you use some of the actions/functions in the “More…” section of the Documents tab > Right-click menu.
The purpose of this new option is so that users don’t have to keep going back to the "More..." section if they have a specific action they need to select repeatedly.
Right-click on a folder or document, make some selections from the “More…” section, and the Recently Used option will then appear at the top of the main right-click menu for the next selection.
(Note: if none of the “More…” options have yet been used for the user's current Opus 2 session, then the Recently Used option will not be displayed.)
